Raytheon gets $60m to deliver torpedoes to US and Taiwanese Navy.

The US Naval Sea Systems Command has awarded Raytheon a $60 million contract modification for work on the delivery of torpedoes and related support services for the navies of the US, Taiwan, Canada, Australia and India.
This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (47 percent); and the governments of Taiwan (50 percent), Canada, Australia and India (3 percent combined) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (95 percent); and Keyport, Washington (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2021.
