Iran’s 49th Navy flotilla, comprising of Sabalan destroyer and Bandar Sabalan destroyer and bandar Abbas logistic warship arrived in Bangladesh on Sunday morning to take part in a joint rescue and relief maneuver, attended by Indian Ocean littoral countries.
‘The rescue and relief maneuver is headed by Bangladesh’s Navy in Bay of Bengal will be performed in the next two days,’ Iran’s Navy Commander Read Admiral Hossein Khanzadi said.
